Exterior Façade: Procedural TExturing & Trim Sheets

This is the creation of an external façade in Maya which is then textured using a trim sheet. The trim sheet is hand-built (as a structured masterclass from Flipped Normals) by creating a range of materials and trims in Substance Designer, which are then combined into one 2k texture and exported as a complete set of game-ready texture maps.

After UVing the façade over the trim sheet in Maya the model has been transferred into Unreal Engine for a final render pass.
